Solea is already selling from the plans, with construction set to begin in late 2017. The development will be complete in 2019, just in time to enjoy the new Adelaide Riverbank area, new Festival Plaza, Royal Adelaide Hospital redevelopment, completed Adelaide Convention Centre, the all new Casino, and other incredible projects which are underway around the city.
